Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Duties
• Serve as systems and data expert across all internal and external databases, workflow programs, and supply chain tools
• Conduct regular product profitability analyses, including, but not limited to, COGS, pricing, margins, minimums, stock availability, movements, fulfillment, variances, 3PL/MOU terms, and all other cost influencers
• Continually evaluate processes and systems to identify, drive, and implement improvement opportunities that enhance total business profitability and minimize waste
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts at current and future 3PL warehouse(s) and reconcile variances across all systems
•
Maintain and evaluate supplier/3PL service providers for effectiveness
and efficiency, and establish responsible purchasing metrics and
criteria that optimize relationships and supply chain activities
• Proactively minimize and manage supply chain disruptions through troubleshooting, problem solving, communication, and course-correction
• Conduct and share bi-annual business and scorecard review of 3PL service provider(s)• Funnel chain and market-specific program needs through supply chain process
• Funnel rotating retail merchandise needs through supply chain process
• Perform regular system reviews to identify items that require purging, discontinuation, replenishment, updated par levels, updated reorder notifications, adjusted costs/pricing, updated descriptions, and all other record modifiers to reflect current market and supplier conditions and maximize efficiencies and accessibility
• Enter and maintain accurate records and purchase order data across all systems• Funnel rotating retail merchandise needs through supply chain process
• Perform regular system reviews to identify items that require purging, discontinuation, replenishment, updated par levels, updated reorder notifications, adjusted costs/pricing, updated descriptions, and all other record modifiers to reflect current market and supplier conditions and maximize efficiencies and accessibility
• Receive in all inventoried goods, match purchase orders to warehouse receipts/invoices, and release and activate received items across all systems in a timely manner
• Support 3PL service provider(s) with fulfillment, shipment, and tracking support of all orders from warehouse to destination
• Maintain, utilize, and distribute appropriate price lists for billing and ordering
• Develop and train internal personnel on processes and procedures
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
Education
Work Experience
• Minimum three-four years of related business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and execute planned priorities with little upfront direction or follow-up
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure in fast pace environment
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and meet deadlines with independent problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of inventory management databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel

• Must display a positive and professional manner at all times
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager), CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional), or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) certification desired
• Understands Lean principles with a focus on processes
• Manufacturing operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Operations or Supply Chain
• Minimum three-four years of related business experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Additional experience in creative field merchandising highly desired
• Results-oriented with ability to identify and deliver data based solutions
• Must be able to work independently and execute planned priorities with little upfront direction or follow-up
