Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule: Weekdays, 25 hours per week
Grade: 15
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Job Level: Intermediate (non-supervisory); non-exempt


Essential Functions and Duties
• Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; receiving and distributing incoming mail and packages
• Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items and delivering supplies to work stations.
• Serves customers by welcoming visitors; answering phone calls and emails; forwarding messages; recording and confirming customer reservations
• Helps organize and maintain office common areas
• Organize travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required
• Assists with employee event coordination as necessary
• Maintains office equipment by troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; and monitoring and purchasing meter funds.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation through positive customer service-oriented interactions with employees, vendors, and customers
• Assists the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date in a confidential manner, assisting with meeting scheduling, etc
• Assist’s the organization’s Brewpub function by helping to coordinate purchase ordering and invoice settlements

Required Skills and Experience

Associates Degree required

Work Experience
Minimum two years’ experience as an office coordinator or in a related field

Required Qualifications
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
• Reliability and discretion of confidential matters
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• Professional communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of or interest in the craft beer industry
